Can I cancel or amend my order?

You may cancel or amend your order within 14 calendar days of placement. If shipped within these 14 days, please ensure you retain possession of your order and take reasonable care of it. The customer is responsible for returns postage.

Hedkayse retains the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been either checked or used.

Delivery Information

We aim to ship orders within 10 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Free UK delivery, we use Royal Mail. For your convenience, delivery status email updates are sent out during transit. Please note, a signature will be required.

Delivery outside the UK:
- Europe, EU Royal Mail Tracked service £16, 10-15 working days
- Rest of the World, Royal Mail Tracked service £20, 10-15 working days

Delivery outside of the UK is charged as additional and the delivery charges for each country are shown at checkout. The customer is liable for any import duty.

Export/Import Tax from January 2021

It is a legal requirement for Headkayse Ltd to declare the actual value of goods (excluding shipping charges) contained in all packages sent abroad.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country; any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require more specific information. Please note that when ordering online you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Returns

Exchanges
Within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order, we will replace an item you ordered from Hedkayse if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size please contact us to arrange this before posting your items back to us. If your order has any personalisation, the personalised item can not be exchanged unless defective.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. The returned goods must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with the original tags attached. Headkayse retains the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been either checked or used. If your order has any personalisation, the personalised item can not be returned unless defective.

Returns
Parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility and a refund or exchange will not be given until we have safely received your return undamaged. Please therefore consider using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. In the event of an error by Hedkayse reasonable return costs will be refunded to you.
