Better than a few pints in the pub

by Tony Walker January 19, 2015

Hey you London workers, how about a few pints in a pub on a Wednesday evening? Or how about screaming around an oval track as fast as you can pedal on a fixed wheel bike - yes the first time for Headkayse as well. But not the last - this is going to be a regular outing, a fun workout!

Well team Headkayse visited Lee Valley Velopark to undertake a taster session on the track - there is no other word than epic! We would recommend it to all road cyclists who have never tried an oval or a fixie.

It isn't obligatory to wear matching cycle jerseys but it is to have fun and be slightly afraid of the very steep banking - but you'll get a rush when you scale that banking.
